I would call yesterday a juicy day. You know those days that just hum? Everything is soft and fluid. A slower pace. Time to inhale and breathe the new. That is a juicy day. Because let's face it raising kids is challenging and exhausting and joyous all at once.
We went back to St. Louis. Back to the zoo. Because I promised two little people that we would. This time we took our bikes. We went to the art museum and the zoo. We rode bikes around Forest Park and drove home in the rain. It waited to rain until then just for us, I am certain of it. :)
I am sharing yesterday with you in photos. I am happy to say that Lucas was in for some real treats at the Art Museum. Which was AMAZING by the way. He found lots of greek gods and it was fun for him to try and find them (which didn't take him long). He also enjoyed the Egyptian mummies. Tobin just wanted to be at the zoo yesterday. He wants us to have one of each animal at home as a pet. Especially the polar bear. Whew! Could you imagine living with a polar bear?
Jellies!!!!
Do you think this guy had too many carrots? I think he should go lay down somewhere and sleep it off :)

I just found your delightful blog, at your etsy store. May I link it to my blog?

When we were visiting family in MN this summer we went to the MN Zoo and the prairie dogs there looked just as chubby! Nothing like the actual wild ones here in New Mexico that don't quite have the daily platter options. =)
Looks like a great day!

A good day...
We love seeing the pictures of other state museums...I wish we could go to the museums of every state, such different and amazing things in each one!
